Bad at Drinking Water???

It is true that humans are bad at something; some people are bad at their job, or bad at being a good friend/lover, bad in bed, bad in sports, others jut cannot get their outfits right. We are not PERFECT! but one has to draw a line in bad at drinking water, eish!


There are some people so lazy at that, it is scary! and one would just say, with comfort, "I do not drink water, usually do not feel like it"..wow! that is a very bad thing to be bad at!

I do not have to start explaining the importance of water in our bodies, am sure you all have heard of them. I was once that person that could live on 500ml of water per day..shocking, but true! Mostly because of rushing to the loo every 5minutes, and I literally mean 5 mins., I hated it!.

I needed motivation to drink water, tried a lot of different ways to motivate myself, marking my bottles, flavoring it up! But I just couldn't finish even a liter of water.

Then I found an app in Playstore called "Water Your Body" . This is where it all began, it calculates your water intake volume as according to your weight and also keeps log of it and it reminds you when to drink water, in short, its a drinking water alarm for those lazy water drinkers....The app is very helpful, lots of bathroom breaks at the beginning, but it reduces, believe me. Been drinking water everyday since Feb. this year and am great at it.


IT WILL NOT KILL YOU!!..(unless you are drowning and there's no one to save you!)...DRINK UP PEOPLE!!
